Due to the nature of our services,
we do not provide monetary refunds.
All refund requests that are approved by our finance team will be granted store credit in the full amount paid at the intial point of purchase.
We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and a precise turnaround schedule. All designs are created based on the information we receive from you. The more accurate details you submit, the more satisfying your project will be!
There will be
no refunds permitted after the design process has begun.
All items, packages, and services purchased at a sale price or discounted rate as a result of an active sale on our website are ineligible for monetary refunds. If the item, package, or service was marked down or on sale at the initial point of purchase, the total sale cost may be refunded in the form of store credit if applicable.
In the event that you would like to request a refund, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of our finance team will assist you.
Shipping costs will not be refunded whatsoever, but may be reimbursed in store credit if applicable.
We do not permit adjustments to the payment plan once a deposit or first payment has been submitted. All customers must adhere to the original payment plan agreed upon at the first financial transaction, which is outlined in the contract.
In some cases, your final payment might be due before your project is actually complete. This can be caused by several factors like waiting for your photoshoot images, delayed installation of a specific feature due to third party errors, and other normal project delays.
If your final payment is due before the date your project is complete, you are still required to make the payment in order to continue our work.
In our contract we guarantee that we will provide a completed project with two full revision sessions, and promise to do so no matter what dates your weekly payments may end. Every client who purchases a digital design project is entitled to only TWO free revision sessions per project. All additional feedback and revision sessions will require a $25 fee, per project revised.
The only payment plan adjustment permitted whatsoever is the opportunity to pay in full when a lesser amount is due. Otherwise, for security purposes, all clients are required to pay based on the amounts and dates determined in the first financial transaction.
All clients are entitled to ONE FREE consultation/phone call per service. This call may take place before or after your purchase of a specific service. All scheduled phone consultations following the first initial/introductory call will be billed $25 for up to 30 minutes of consulting. Due to a high volume of orders, we recommend submitting all additional questions or commentary via email for a faster response time.
Clients who take longer than two weeks to submit any requested feedback will be charged a $40 late fee to continue the design process. If the late fee remains unpaid beyond 7 business days, and the client's project is already paid in full (aside from the late feedback fee), the design process will be discontinued and the client will receive the product in its current state. This is a collaborative process and, in order to create what you want, YOU have to make the time to tell us what you want.
Clients who wish to rush the completion of a service that costs $100 total or less will be charged an additional $25 to be boosted to the top of our to-do list. Rushing services that cost more than $100 will require a $50 rush fee.
CUSTOM PRINT POLICIES:
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY PRINTED ITEMS, ONLY EXCHANGES ON CERTAIN ITEMS.
All requests for an exchange must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your items. If 14 days have gone by since the date you've received your items, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. All exchange requests must be reviewed and approved by our financial and legal team before an exchange will be provided.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Custom printed clothing items
In the rare case that we are to issue you a refund on an order, you should receive an e-mail directly from PayPal confirming this.
NOT SEEING YOUR REFUND?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your PayPal account again. Please be on top of this if a refund should be issued, as we cannot check your PayPal FOR you. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com and we will try to help.
Please note that if you purchase a sale item, and would like to make an exchange, there is a possibility another size may not be in stock, or may not be available again.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for all physical items whether purchased or returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item back to us for exchange, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
