Agency Operations & Client Experience Manager

Job Type: Part-time, In-Office

Salary: $13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week, in-office. 9 AM - 2 PM EST, Monday - Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agency Operations & Client Engagement:

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to execute client projects aligned with our commitment to social good.

  • Build and nurture client relationships through clear communication, trust, and professionalism.

  • Leverage your Canva expertise for creative projects that resonate with health and wellness professionals, coaches, educators, and non-profits.

  • Optimize schedules, calendars, and appointments to streamline resource allocation and ensure smooth workflows.

  • Additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Client Support & Enhancing Efficiency:

  • Be the primary contact for client inquiries, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.

  • Manage project calendars, ensuring that client requests are conveyed to the appropriate team member in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate across teams to provide and implement innovative solutions that exceed client expectations and enhance internal efficiency.

  • Attend and transcribe client touch-base meetings alongside Digital Marketing team members.

  • Tend to phone calls and inquiries.

  • Additional duties as assigned.

Administrative Excellence & Creative Touch:

  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline agency operations.

  • Foster an organized work environment, enhancing overall agency efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Bring your creative flair to administrative tasks, infusing them with positivity and innovation.

  • Additional duties as assigned.

  • Must be 21+

  • Proficiency in Canva for creative projects and design tasks.

  • Exceptional self-starting abilities, thriving in a part-time, contractor role.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and nurturing client relationships.

  • Dedication to our mission of digital marketing for social good, supporting health and wellness professionals, coaches, educators, and non-profit organizations.

  • Availability to work in-person Monday - Thursday, 9 AM to 2 PM EST, (No Fridays!) Enjoy weekends, holidays, and your birthday off.

  • Must have keen attention to detail.

  • Impeccable calendar and scheduling management

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly pay of $13.50, with opportunities for additional earnings through commission-based projects.
