After payment:
- You'll receive an email to download instructions where you will complete a form called the Website Content Planner which will ask you lots of questions that help us learn more about what you expect out of your new website.
- This is where you will explain what you want your website to look like and how it should perform.

When you submit the form, we'll provide the first review date. The first review occurs within 5-10 business days of you submitting the form.

When you review the site, we'll provide instructions on where to submit your feedback. Then we'll make the changes you request, and send you the updated link to preview your site for final review.

After your final feedback, we'll update the site again and then transfer ownership to you and send you a tutorial on how to run your site.
