WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY PRINTED ITEMS, ONLY EXCHANGES ON CERTAIN ITEMS.
All requests for an exchange must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your items. If 14 days have gone by since the date you've received your items, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. All exchange requests must be reviewed and approved by our financial and legal team before an exchange will be provided.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS: Custom printed clothing items
We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and a precise turnaround schedule. All designs are created based on the information we receive from you. The more details you submit, the better your project will be! There will be no refunds permitted after the design process has begun. In the rare case that we are to issue you a refund on an order, you should receive an e-mail directly from PayPal confirming this.
NOT SEEING YOUR REFUND?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your PayPal account again. Please be on top of this if a refund should be issued, as we cannot check your PayPal FOR you. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to help.
Please note that if you purchase a sale item, and would like to make an exchange, there is a possibility another size may not be in stock, or may not be available again. In the event that the requested size is unavailable, you may be granted store credit in the value of the item in question.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for all physical items whether purchased or returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item back to us for exchange, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been accepted by the postal service. In the event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please let us know and we will provide information on how to contact the postal service who handled your package.
